About me

I have been working as a freelance Hair & Make-up Artist since 1996. I have worked with a lot of great photographers (for example Erwin Olaf, Carli Hermes, Desiree Dolron, Jenny Hands, Wendelien Daan, Edland Man and many more…). I enjoy both working for international and national commercial and editorial clients (Lavazza, Levi’s, CocaCola, Lee, Wallpaper, I-D, Elle, Sunday Times, etc.)

Specialties: Although I often get requests to do extreme hair and make-up, I consider it my job to make people look as beautiful as possible. So when you look at my work you will still see my subtle, feminine touch shine through, no matter how extreme the hair and make-up is!

I choose to work exclusively with natural and organic cosmetics because I care deeply about the health of people and the planet. Conventional make-up often contains synthetic ingredients that can burden the skin and the environment. By using pure, plant-based products, I support skin health in a gentle, safe way — while also making a conscious, sustainable choice for the earth. Beauty should feel good, inside and out.
